CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS
13. Notification of payment to those employees who have accumulated hours in excess of the FLSA maximum level for an estimated amount of $1,433,925 and approval of the appropriate budget transfers in the amount of $321,848. Offices and departments with employees approaching the maximum FLSA limits are encouraged to take appropriate action to reduce such balances. Those offices and departments that have already exceeded the limitations have been notified that they need to immediately reduce the level of hours or pay the listed employees below the FLSA limit.

Discussion and appropriate action regarding the approval and execution of an amendment to the agreement for Immigration Legal Services with American Gateways, for a period that began on May 22, 2025, and ends on February 28, 2026, in the amount of $566,181; and authorizing the approval of the appropriate budgetary transfer, as requested by the Managed Assigned Counsel Department.
103. Discussion and appropriate action regarding personnel matters related to the appointment of an interim Public Works Director/County Engineer.

(Gregory Galloway) Discussion and appropriate action regarding approval and execution of a third amendment to extend a food services agreement between Bexar County and Selrico Services, Inc., (HABE, MBE, SBE, VBE) on a month-to-month basis, in an amount not to exceed $7,156,685.09 for the provision of full food services for inmates, detainees, staff and visitors, as requested by the Sheriff's Office.

(Gregory Galloway) Approval and execution of a third amendment to extend services agreement between Bexar County and Selrico Services, Inc., (HABE, MBE, SBE, VBE) on a month-to-month basis, in an amount not to exceed $888,976.00 to provide food services to juvenile offenders, as requested by the Juvenile Probation Department.

Discussion and appropriate action regarding approval and award of a purchase order to SAT Radio Communications Ltd. dba Industrial Communications in the amount of $1,036,502.34 for the purchase, installation, and removal of vehicle decals and equipment, as requested by the Bexar County Sheriffs Office; pursuant to and in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 271, Subchapter F, Section 102, Cooperative Purchasing Program Participation; authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute and file the appropriate award documents for record with the County Clerk.
98. Discussion and appropriate action related to granting an exception to Administrative Policy 1.2 to authorize the consideration of the following late filed Agenda Item #98a. a. Discussion and appropriate action regarding approval of a Bexar County Commissioners Court Resolution formally supporting the Motion for Rehearing for TPDES Permit No. WQ0016171001 (Guajolote Ranch Development) and urging the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to grant said motion in the interest of public health, environmental protection, and regulatory integrity.
99. Discussion and appropriate action related to granting an exception to Administrative Policy 1.2 to authorize the consideration of the following late filed Agenda Item #99a. a. Approval and Execution of the following agreements between Bexar County and DreamOn - Prosper West at Basila Frocks and Museum in the amount of $250,000 from the Capital Improvement Program Fund to support the development of a public parking lot and to promote economic development, and appropriate budgetary amendment: i. ii. License and Operating Agreement; and, Ground and Facility Lease Agreement.
100. Discussion and appropriate action related to granting an exception to Administrative Policy 1.2 to authorize the consideration of the following late filed Agenda Item #100a. a. Approval to negotiate a First Amendment to the Agreement between Bexar County and the Residential Energy Assistance Partnership, Inc. (REAP) to extend the Agreement for one (1) year to ensure the continuity of the program, and authorization for the County Judge to execute the First Amendment, upon completion of negotiations.
