Discussion and appropriate action related to authorizing County Judge Sakai to execute the closing Escrow Agreement contemplated by a Memorandum of Understanding among Bexar County. the San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD), Weston Urban Management LLC, and Designated Bidders, LLC., once finalized and in a form approved by the attorney representing Bexar County, and filing the appropriate documents for record once final and executed, to be effective as of August I, 2025.
