Item 37. Approval of the process to dispose of certain property acquired for Right of Way, Precinct 3. a. Approval of a Resolution requesting the Texas Transportation Commission adopt and pass an appropriate Minute Order declaring certain tracts of land which Bexar County acquired in 1933 for the State to use for right of way purposes, portions of which comprise a segment of State Highway No. 2 as well as what is known as Ausway Lane, located in the City of Alamo Heights, Texas located on the north side of the intersection of Broadway St. and Austin Highway, as surplus to the needs of the State and release it from the State Highway System as requested by the City of Alamo Heights; and b. Authorizing County staff to commence the process for disposal of abandoned right of way, including negotiating and procuring all necessary conveyance documents, upon receipt of approval from Texas Transportation Commission.
Filing for record the following legal and administrative documents and directing the Criminal District Attorney's Office to take action, if necessary: a. Awarding a delivery order to IPR South Central, LLC to provide for the one-time purchase of Culvert Pipe Rehabilitation Services and Products necessary for the repairs of a drainage project on Abbott Road & Salitrillo Creek in Precinct 4, as requested by the Bexar County Public Works Department in the contract amount of $197,259; and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute and file the appropriate award documents for the record.
